2. The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. All labels, packaging, and accessories must also be in their original state.

3. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged for the return shipment to prevent any damage during transit. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return transport.

4. The costs and responsibility for the return shipment are your own, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In that case, we will provide a return label or reimburse the return costs.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used for placing the order.
