Return Policy: 30 Days

At SubliQ, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are pleased to offer you the option to return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. The return shipment must be notified to us within 30 days of receiving the product. You can do this by contacting our customer service at info@subliq-store.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. All labels, packaging, and accessories must also be in their original state.

  3. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged for the return shipment to prevent any damage during transit. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return transport.

  4. The costs and responsibility for the return shipment are your own, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In that case, we will provide a return label or reimburse the return costs.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used for placing the order. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
